Three-phase independent regulation : Each phase voltage is independently regulated without affecting others, achieving a high regulation accuracy of ±1%. Each phase’s output voltage can be individually set according to load requirements. If all phase output voltage values are set to the same value, the three-phase output voltage imbalance is less than 1%.
Adjustable regulation accuracy : The factory-set regulation accuracy is ±1%. Adjustments of ±1%, ±3%, and ±5% are possible to meet different load requirements.
Manual voltage adjustment function : The voltage can be set arbitrarily within ±7% of the rated voltage value to suit different electrical equipment, based on production needs.
Fast response speed : When the input voltage fluctuates, the three-phase contactless voltage regulator responds within 20ms. Within the regulation range, the output voltage remains at the rated value, without affecting any production equipment or instruments. Overvoltage or undervoltage bypass tripping will not occur.
Strong overload capacity : It can be used continuously under 100% rated load conditions. In the event of a short-term overload or short circuit, the transformer will not be damaged, preventing coil fires and burns due to short circuits. It can withstand 150% overload for 90 seconds and 200% overload for 20 seconds.
Strong anti-interference capability : The power supply and sampling circuits of the control board all have high, medium, and low frequency filtering circuits. The drive circuit controlling the thyristor also uses optocoupler isolation output, capable of resisting pulse interference signals above 2000V. It can easily handle spikes and interference signals in the mains voltage waveform.
Automatic output function : The system is preset to automatic output. After the voltage regulator is connected to the mains power, the system detects that the mains power is normal and automatically stabilizes the output after a 30-second delay.
Output delay voltage regulation function : When the voltage regulator is turned on or recovers from protection mode, it will not immediately stabilize the voltage. Instead, it will only stabilize the voltage after the user confirms that the mains power is normal, ensuring that the load equipment is not damaged.
